DELIVERY INFORMATION

As a small business, we believe in being transparent and honest about our delivery costs. We have chosen to charge for delivery rather than hiding it in the price of our products and we make NO profit from delivery and packing.  Due to the nature of our business, we have worked hard for you to find the best and most cost effective delivery service for our various products and select a service based on the weight, size and fragility of each item. Subsequently we use multiple delivery methods including  Royal Mail, Hermes and DPD.  All delivery charges apply per order, and not per item.

Please note, some extra long faux stems will be bent at the wired end in packing.  This is to ensure the best cost of post and packaging to you.  They are not damaged - this is the beauty of artificial… Simply unbend and enjoy!

 

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days.  Please note our bouquets and wreaths are made up lovingly by hand for you and as such they will take longer to be sent out than a vase for example.

If you order requires faster delivery time, please always ask us as we want to be able to help wherever possible. There may be an additional cost for this service.

Out of Area surcharges may apply for deliveries to some of the following areas:

Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight,Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland.  Isle of Man.

If you are in the TW postcode, we may deliver in person.

We love to deliver worldwide!  For deliveries to Europe or the Rest of the World please get in touch.  Please note that perishable goods including dried flowers cannot be sent to some parts of the world due to custom restrictions.
