Flowers and design is the business of making people happy... So in the unlikely event you have any problems, are not satisfied with your order - or have simply changed your mind, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt and explain the issue to us ( firstname.lastname@example.org). After 14 days we cannot unfortunately offer an exchange or refund. Some items, such as perishable goods (dried flowers, preserved flowers, fresh flowers and plants ) and custom made or special orders cannot unfortunately be returned.
To be eligible for return, your item must be returned unused, in the same condition in which you received it, in a saleable condition and in it's original packaging. Items must be returned to us by signed delivery and at your cost. We strongly recommend using insured registered delivery and keeping the receipt as any items arriving back to us missing or damaged will not be eligible for refund. Similarly, we advise holding onto any packaging your items arrived in before you are absolutely certain you wish to keep them. Once received and inspected, we will email you our decision of your refund and payment due (less the original delivery cost) will be made within 7 working days. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on anything received in less than perfect condition. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by our returns policy.
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or faulty, we ask you please notify us within 7 working days of receipt. We may ask you send photographs of the damaged item, we want to make sure we fix the issue if it is package or delivery related for our future customers. All orders always leave our shop in great condition and we endeavour to pack them in a suitable method based on their contents. Please note a few long stem artificial flowers may be bent at the ends to minimise the cost to you of delivery and fit suitable packaging. These are not damaged and the wired stem can very simply be re-bent back into shape.
Please note once again, in accordance to the UK Distance Selling Regulations we do not offer refunds on the following:
Perishable items - such as fresh flowers, dried flowers, preserved flowers or plants.
These are NON RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved.
